Terms & Conditions

  • Bradstock is a 2 day event August 31, 2019 & September 1, 2019. Vendors will be permitted in 1 hour before doors open time to set up.

  • Vending is limited to Arts & Crafts type vendors only. Only the products listed on this application will be considered in Bradstock if you are selected to avoid conflict with other vendors.

  • Vending registration gets you a spot to vend only – no frills. It does not include entry to the festival for you or your employees.

  • A festival pass is required to vend and must be purchased separately by you and your employees.  

  • Vending is only allowed in designated areas, location is first come first serve.  Vending space will not be designated therefore please be respectful and limit your vending areas to approximately 12’ x 12’.

  • It is the vendors responsibility for your set-up/breakdown and for the clean up of your vending area.

  • Electrical hookup is not available.

  • Friends of Bradstock reserve the right to deny the sale of certain products and/or merchandise.

  • This application is for the concessionaire identified, and may only be operated by that business, by name. No site subcontracting is authorized for any reason, and evidence that a site has been subcontracted is grounds for immediate removal from Bradstock.
